1. Description
AMT patent Nano2 Stainless Steel Gas Atomized Powder is of uniform amorphous microstructure, especially in the fine sizes as 3-10um, 5-20um and 15-45um etc. After HVAF metal spraying in low heat input, the feature of Coating can still maintain mainly amorphous microstructure, which has excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness and wear resistance, good metallurgical bonding. Application temperature is usually under 400 °C.
