1. Description

Unique super-thick brazed Cast Tungsten Carbide Clad Wear Plate (CWP-1) with Nickel contains the steel base and the brazed clad layer of Nickel matrix with Cast Tungsten Carbide hard particles, which bonding strength is high enough. The wear resistance of the clad layer is very good owing to the Cast Tungsten Carbide hard particles are uniformly distributed in the Nickel matrix. And the steel base makes the clad plate very good strength as well.

Sintered Ferro-alloy Clad Wear Plate (CWP-2) has more than 50% Boride and Carbide hard particles, which the wear resistance of the clad layer is very good owing to they are uniformly distributed in the Ferro-alloy matrix. And the steel base makes the clad plate very good strength as well.

The microstructure shows that Cast Tungsten Carbide hard particles uniformly dispersed in the matrix of martensite and residual austenite. The clad layer is very high abrasion resist and without cracks.
The abrasion resistance of our Nickel brazed Cast Tungsten Carbide clad wear plates can be close to the plasma deposit clad60% Cast or Fused Tungsten Carbide with 40% Nickel alloy powder, 60FTC (60%FTC+40%Ni40) by PTA plasma cladding, while the thickness of Nickel Cast Tungsten Carbide clad wear plates can be much thicker than 60FTC, greatly reduce downtime replace cost.
Our Nickel brazed Cast Tungsten Carbide clad wear plates can be widely used for replacing the Cement Carbide in the abrasion resistance of Oil Sand, Coal Mining Conical Bits, Cement Liner, Brick Mold etc.

The abrasion resistance of AMT Ferro-alloy clad wear plates can be close to the Tungsten Carbide hard metal, while the Cost-effective is at least twice than the Tungsten Carbide hard metal and also saving the tungsten resource.
Our Ferro-alloy clad wear plates can be widely used for replacing the Cement Carbide in the abrasion resistance of Oil Sand, Coal Mining Conical Bits, Cement Liner, Brick Mold etc.
